@AmyW695717 Yes, you can take a loan to make monthly payments on new or used car from a dealer. If buying used from private party you could check with a bank first.

i suggest being cautious though. Some unscrupulous dealers may construct the financing so that it is low per month but may be difficult to pay off the purchase in a reasonable time.

i suggest developing your budget and determine how much you can afford per month, then use an online calculator to determine how much capital this will give you, or visit a bank or credit union to discuss (again being cautious…not everyone will have YOUR best interest at heart).
