How or where are you seeing these notifications and ads that announce such a fraud / scam ?

Wonder how many seniors already have their info on the Dark Web from numerous data breaches? Probably a lot and now they are wondering why the SSA is taking these identity safeguards, meaning to require one to make an appointment to come in or use their secure personal social security account to sign up or make changes.

Notifications and ads are being sent announcing new issues of Social Security checks to senior citizens with subtitles "Must Apply To Recieve" This is a false claim to get private information. SSA has not sent any such news.
