first one I had through Kaiser was crazy. $60 per quarter which Kaiser NEVER informed about and "kept" the first three payments since they were unused" Thanks kaiser. Did the final one and in order to use it you had to order from their online portal. Most of the stuff was out of stock so what good is it? Then you had to spend at least $35 to get the free shipping so in essence if you did not use the full $60 in one order you had fees. Pretty useless. Did not offer a when we get it in stock it will be sent to you. That was 2023. In 2024 changed plans and new program through Alignment was a little better. But to use it you had to use instacart.. Found out by talking to Alignment that they could instead issue you the funds on your prepaid Visa card they supplied. So now I could go to any store and use it without incurring shipping fees. A bit of a pill but a lot easier than instacart. Can these companies make it any harder for the less tech savvy senior citizen without a grandchild to navigate the site?!
