Think Memory Levels

I've gotten up to Level 19 in Think Memory. However, if I quit the program and return, the highest level I can start with again is 10! Even though at the top it says my highest level was 19. Why can't I continue at 19 and go from there? It's frustrating to have to start all over again at 10! Any fix for this?

Same. Up to 23, had to shut the computer down only to be shunted down to ten. This has to be a glitch and I'm hoping if enough of us voice some frustration with it they will fix it

Yep. I found out if I keep that window open it will keep going up. Unfortunately my husband closed the tab and back to 10 we go. There's a few things they need to fix in these games!
