The score for each match is the suit points multiplied by the number of tiles remaining on the board. Each successive match of the same suit adds a chain multiplier. The value of each suits, from smallest to largest are: Wan, Circle, Bamboo, Wind, Dragon, Flower, and Season, so creating two Season matches in succession will give you the largest chain multiplier.
