    <description>&lt;P&gt;I have "upright forearm" walker and would never give it up! It not only allows me to stand but allows me to feel equal to anyone I meet. Currently, not all transit systems accommodate and as it isn't ADA approved yet, not able to use public transit, BUT very good for me (and neighbor who got one)&lt;/P&gt;</description>
