    <description>&lt;P&gt;If you have POA, the facility usually can’t just block you without a legal reason. I’d call an elder law attorney ASAP and also ask the facility in writing why they’re denying access. Sometimes mentioning “attorney” and “ombudsman” makes them suddenly more cooperative.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
