@df1104 What type of credit card are you attempting to use? What browser are you using? Some tricks that could work: clear your cache and cookies, and try logging out and logging back in.

I also experienced the same thing, I used my visa card to purchase gift cards but at the time of order there was an error message saying There was a problem with your payment. I use chrome browser.

@CynthiaG23921 you can try clearing your browser's cache and cookies, also, try logging out and logging back in. Please let us know if this fixes the issue.
