Hello Teri.

This morning, still, both Amazon and Panera for points only gift cards are sold out; and this fact can be found only at the last step of the transaction. I did bring this subject up on 12/21/19 and also suggested a Sold out sign written accross the offering when sold out. I am sure your talented IT team can solve this issue if it is important to AARP. It might not be. However I think such an oversight denotes a lack of attention to details and a lack of respect for your members. I certainly hope that you will give my comments some attention. Thank you.

Seriously @AARPTeri or any other AARP Rewards help staff:

you really need to NOT show offers that are sold out. At least place a "Sold Out" banner over them.

Must have had only 2 Amazon cards again--I tried at 6:45 AM. It's OK. Getting used to it
