AARP Rewards Program is not good. So confusing! Never can just cash in for a gift card. You go through all the loops and then back again. I renewed our membership for $12 and thought I put both our names down. My husband Doyle W Thrash primary and me Rebecca (Becky) Thrash as additional card holder like it has been for years. Only one card came in with my husbands name on it! It would be great to have a pamphlet that has all the benefits on it. One that is lamenated. It does not seem that the benefits are as great as they used to. Have a lot more competitions. You might need to look into that. Again, please send me the additional card #xxxxxxx063 valid thru Oct 2024.

I keep trying to purchase a gift card in the rewards page and I keep getting errors. I saw your post about blockers and billing, but all my billing info is correct and I do not have a blocker activated. Can you help escalate?
