A cautionary note: we've seen this $25 Walmart show up every so often; mostly during the Extra Credit early days usually without Official Rules - and there is no listing of any winners with $25 Walmart in the official Winners Listings.

Other members have expressed doubts of the legitimacy of this 'instant win.'

I word searched though some of the supporting Instant Win documents.

The rules list, Rules List and then word searched the winners list .

All I could find was three times a $10 Walmart card in 2023, no $25 contests, no winners of a Walmart card other than $10.

Wish I had done some screen caps and maybe AARP could explain.

Could this be a 'rogue posting from inside AARP and/or affiliates' or an 'external 3rd party scammer to gather our IP address/ email - to flood our email box with spam/ scams???'

@OneDayMatisyahu This is why I've posted it. For some sort of e-trail, we did not have before. This has happened several times, so... I started posting about these special Instant Wins, especially the last Walmart one here: https://community.aarp.org/t5/Redemption/Walmart-Gift-card-Instant-Win-500-Points-100-Value/m-p/2525706#M8678 ... And, nobody posted they had won! Hmmm. Left in the dark with this one. (unless @AARPTeri | @AARPJanelleM can shed some light on how to locate the winners of the Walmart Instant Wins? This remains questionable, indefinitely.)

I saw the $25 Walmart instant win this morning. I played and did not win. On my Transaction Redemptions, it does show that I spent 50 points on “$25 Walmart Gift Card Instant Win Play.”

I looked this evening and the Walmart instant win is not showing anywhere in the list of items to redeem. Strange.

@AARPTeri | @AARPJanelleM | @AARPMichaelP Hello. Seems this Walmart Instant Win has disappeared, again. Nowhere to be found, with any filter. I thought this lasted until December 31, 2023 (per the Disclosure)? Could you please advise on why every time there's a Walmart Instant Win, like this, it disappears, and the Daily Instant Win Rules are never posted? From past knowledge, this is only with the Walmart $25.00 Instant Win. Thank you!
