I have redeemed Albertson gift card today. I got congrats message at the end. The message said card will show up in net 24 hrs. However, my credit card doesn't show up any payment or the card didn't receive either. In the past, it sued to show up in minutes. Just checking what's going on there?

Didn't receive the card yet. No charge on credit card either. Chat specialist said, they don't see anything on their end and hence couldn't assist me further. Can I still call your customer center?
