Note: There seemed to be some controversy about these crates, yet I've had no issues, whatsoever. In fact, I did not need to subscribe to any service/monthly subscription, and received these items in approximately 14 days, from redemption date.

I have ordered one of these crates. When it came, it had a note in it saying that they had over committed and so a completely different crate was substituted. I compared what was supposed to be in the original crate to what I received and actually liked the one I received better. But in saying that, I feel I should have been notified and given the chance to approve or reject the substitution. I agree they are well packaged.
