    <description>&lt;P&gt;Good Afternoon,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Yes I waited this long to make sure prior to reaching out--the transaction was completely posted as of Aug 7. I did call and speak to try and get this process going given how much money this all was. I appreciate any and all assistance towards facilitating a timely resolution given the circumstances I believe she notated in the ticket! thanks for your reply, attention and research truly!&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Good Evening,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;After over 5 hours of back-to-back attempts, I finally was able to check out my cart for some Carnival gift-cards this weekend--unfortunately it has been over 48 hours and I haven't received a confirmation email nor the redemption codes. I was wondering if I could enlist someone's assistance in this matter. It would be greatly appreciated!&lt;/P&gt;</description>
