Daily Deal Gift Card - How long until I receive?

I purchased a Jersey Mike's daily deal gift card on Tuesday. The purchase was fraught with issues and I wasn't sure it had gone through, but the money was taken out of my bank account. How long will it take to get it? Is it possible I missed the email?

@ss54267538 Unfortunately, it does not look like this purchase went through. Have you checked with your bank to determine if the charge is pending? Digital Gift Card purchases may generate a pending authorization hold to the user's credit card, even if the purchase is not successful. When the purchase is unsuccessful, the authorization hold will automatically be released within 3 to 7 days (this holding period can vary from bank to bank).

Thanks, Janelle. I ended up calling this morning. My debit card has most definitely been charged and it was posted on 11/16. I am expecting either the missing gift card or a credit to my debit card. If need be I can cancel through my bank but I hope it doesn't come to that.
