In the bar at the top of the page that says This Instant Win Is Not Available delete %20 at the end of the code.

Yeah I get that error message every day. Refreshing/Reloading the page once or twice usually fixes it.

And, It appears that AARP has fixed it now.

The link does not come up wrong today.

The %20 at the end of the link is gone after

clicking on the link in the official rules. So,

I was able to enter (today) without modifying

the link.
