Hello,

I had redeemed 21000 points for $10 Baby Depot eGift Card on 7th Sept 2022, but I still have not received the gift card email. Can you please look into it or let me know who to contact?

In addition, I am also unable to enter any instant win sweepstakes. Every time I try, I get a message "Unable to process your request".
