Redeemed points Friday for $10 Popcorn Factory gift card--Never Received

I redeemed my points Friday for a Popcorn Factory gift card and never received it. It's still not there now. I also checked my spam and my trash. 😞 The points were deducted and the amount of savings reflected went up $10.

Still no email with link to gift card - they usually show up in my email within minutes. I checked SPAM and my trash in case it was accidentally deleted, but found nothing. It was definitely not received.

Please advise. Thank you!

We have received confirmation that this issue has been resolved and all gift card emails have been re-sent. Please allow up to 24 hours for delivery.
