    <description>&lt;P&gt;For the past month, I have been having trouble completing purchase transactions and after I input my payment information, I get the dreaded message that "something went wrong" and to try again or call AARP customer service.&amp;nbsp; BTW, customer service has no clue on how to fix the issue.&amp;nbsp; &lt;a href="https://community.aarp.org/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/20297238"&gt;@AARPJanelleM&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp; sent and escalated several reports to tech support in the past several weeks, but I have not received any response back.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Today, I decided to try another purchase for the Home Depot $10&amp;nbsp; daily deal for $7.&amp;nbsp; After inputting my payment info, I got a Gateway error, so I assumed the transaction did not go through.&amp;nbsp; To my surprise,&amp;nbsp; I received the confirmation email for the Home Depot gift card, however, the savings indicated &lt;STRONG&gt;"0" savings&lt;/STRONG&gt;&amp;nbsp; instead of&amp;nbsp; $3 savings.&amp;nbsp; Seems to be another glitch, but glad I got the deal.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
