Would like to know what happen to my rewards redemption points that I requested for amazon and Walmart gift cards which I never received and my redemption points disappeared. Please reply back

I reviewed your account and I see you entered the $200 Amazon.com Gift Card Sweepstakes on May 21 and you entered the $100 Walmart eGift Card Sweepstakes on June 15. If you won the sweepstakes, you would have received an email from AARPsweeps@e.helloworldemail.com with the subject line "Congrats! Complete some next steps to get your prize." These transactions were not gift card purchases, they were entries into the gift card sweepstakes contests.
