      <title>Credit Card charged but no GC email and transaction doesn't appear on Transaction History</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;How do I resolve a problem where my credit card was charged for a purchase, but never received the email, and don't see the purchase in my Transaction History (I see a purchase a day or two later that I did receive the emailed e-GC for).&amp;nbsp; I did try to purchase an e-GC but the transaction failed during the process with an error message of something like proxy not found.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Looking for a phone number or email address to start trying to get this corrected.&amp;nbsp; Thank you.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
