Transaction did not go through. My account still got billed.

This happened a while back when I tried to purchase a Carnival gift card. Apparently it is still no guarantee that purchases will go through.

This time it was for one of the Daily 12p - 2p offers for a Safety card. $15 card for $10.

I got this:

And this was in my bank account immediately.

I don't know why I keep trying.

OK. Checked my email and I got the email with the link, so this time I got the product, along with a scare!
