      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT color="#000080"&gt;...and my confirmation email for the &lt;STRONG&gt;$5 Bath and Body Works&lt;/STRONG&gt; does not contain a link to see the e-gift card to print it.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT color="#000080"&gt;Image from my confirmation email (nothing under "How to Redeem:" to click on):&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;span class="lia-inline-image-display-wrapper lia-image-align-inline" image-alt="001 B&amp;amp;BW Error.jpg" style="width: 999px;"&gt;&lt;img src="https://community.aarp.org/t5/image/serverpage/image-id/71982i16C7778B85EDA6F6/image-size/large?v=v2&amp;amp;px=999" role="button" title="001 B&amp;amp;BW Error.jpg" alt="001 B&amp;amp;BW Error.jpg" /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT color="#000080"&gt;And, Customer Service Number from email...just too busy to take my call and told me to "Call Back.."&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;span class="lia-inline-image-display-wrapper lia-image-align-inline" image-alt="001  Customer Service...ha ha.jpg" style="width: 670px;"&gt;&lt;img src="https://community.aarp.org/t5/image/serverpage/image-id/71983i7DE2461B7207BC1F/image-size/large?v=v2&amp;amp;px=999" role="button" title="001  Customer Service...ha ha.jpg" alt="001  Customer Service...ha ha.jpg" /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT color="#000080"&gt;I'm a little shocked at the lack of customer service representatives at the Customer Service number.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

I was, however, able to get through to AARP Customer Service, so they are aware of the problem.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

The new Bath &amp;amp; Body Works gift card email isn’t coming through properly for at least a few of us as indicated in this Forum.
