New Sweepstakes Point Values?

Has anyone noticed that the points redemption values have skyrocketed in the past few days? I blew through over 20,000 points redeeming for sweepstakes entries in just few days. I would have used maybe 1/4 of that many points before last week. What happened?

you must have missed the notices that were posted regarding the new point changes with the sweepstakes. Now you can select up to 10 entries per day up from 5 for 1000 to 1250 points per sweepstakes. That will be going up to 20 entries per day per sweepstakes later this month. That will probably cost you 20000 pts. per day per sweepstakes. The new changes are designed to force us into using all available points if you want to enter these sweepstakes. A sweepstakes that last 30 days x 20000 pts equals 600000 pts. 1 million pts won't last long. Hmmm

This is how they are resolving the complaint about members having too many points and the fear of having them expire.
