Hi Linda @LindaSTL1965 , You "may" want to CALL the AARP "Rewards" Customer Service. They are "different" from the AARP Customer Service.

Their number is (866)451-6305. OPEN weekdays 8am ET to 8pm ET.

The AARP AI runs the 1st part of the CHAT session(s). Then IF you get lucky, it will transfer you to a HUMAN.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION.

Linda @LindaSTL1965 , I just had some time to CHECK my "Rewards Account" Transaction History. Apologies for being late on this info.

(1) I joined the AARP Rewards Program on 5/16/25.

(2) Like OTHER members with NEW ACCOUNTS, I could NOT "redeem" - just earn.

(3) I called the AARP Rewards Phone Number I gave you earlier.

(4) They FIXED my account & I did my very 1st "redemption" on 6/7/25. That was 15 biz days. They will tell you to give them 10 biz days to get it fixed. Also, keep trying to "redeem" as mine was fixed way before I received an email from the AARP IT Department.

Thanks Nicole, instead of it saying .... unable to process your request .... what does it say when it really works ?? Does it send an email to you if you win?? Have you had any luck?? Linda

Hey Linda @LindaSTL1965 , there will be NO "error" messages at all.

The "card" you want will "pop up" for you to get.

Now the Instant Wins & Sweepstakes are different.

The Instants, you will get EITHER you have won message immediately or the other - you DIDNOT win.

If you win any Sweepstakes, you will find out via an email.

ALL cards are "drlivered" by email with information on HOW to retrieve & use them.

Yes, I have won Instant Wins when I use to play them. Decided to stop yesterday.

Tried the Sweepstakes on & off, never won any.

But I do have AARP friends who are winning.
