      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="5"&gt;So, after two "maintenance" sessions, I still cannot redeem rewards points.&amp;nbsp; After reading member's posts on AARP Community, it is clear that AARP &lt;EM&gt;does not care&lt;/EM&gt;.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="5"&gt;I am trying a new tactic - contacting Markel directly.&amp;nbsp; They are the administrator of AARP Rewards.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;FONT size="5"&gt;&lt;A href="https://www.markel.com/about-us/contact-us" target="_blank"&gt;Contact Us | Markel&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="5"&gt;&amp;nbsp;Maybe if we ALL contact them every single day the rewards program will finally be fixed????&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
