I want to add one clarification:&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;My account appears to be functioning normally in every other respect — I can earn points, purchase paid gift cards, and participate in most forum discussions. The only issues I’m experiencing are:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;UL&gt;&lt;LI&gt;Points‑based redemptions consistently fail&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;A previous discussion thread I was participating in is now closed&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;I was temporarily unable to reply in that thread&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;/UL&gt;&lt;P&gt;I’m trying to determine whether this is a known technical issue affecting certain accounts or something specific to mine.
