I won an instant win but get your link reward in email doesn’t work.

it says the page you want is unavailable

what do I do?

Call the number on your email with the link on Monday during the hours listed. Hopefully someone will be able to help. Nobody is around during weekends and holidays. So Monday it is.

Have the same thing as well now for one of my cards I used points for. When I click on the get your reward button from email, I get connection not private. Error code at bottom relates to error cert not valid. It’s on their end

same thing for me, got a burger king card and it says the same thing connection not private.

Now when you try the get reward button on email you get an acknowledgement from AARP about it.

Update

— Just called and within a minute I was sent another email with a working link to the gift card. The entire call lasted probably less than 2 minutes, and I had no wait time when I called.

edit — Have your original email up and ready because they’ll be asking you for the last 4 digits of the Order Number from the email.

Well I called and after 20 minute hold and being disconnected we finally got the emails resent

Sorry to hear. I couldn’t believe how lucky I was. Tried to call after lunch hours and not right in the morning. Luck of the draw maybe.

I'm getting the same thing for all my gift cards. Are they doing something to fix this? Or does everyone have to call?

Yes, you have to call.
