      <description>&lt;P&gt;Here we go again!&amp;nbsp; I am getting the dreaded "&lt;STRONG&gt;Fulfillment Request Failed&lt;/STRONG&gt;" on several attempts to play the Instant Win games.&amp;nbsp; At the start of every month there are glitches and errors, so it shouldn't be any surprise.&amp;nbsp; I wonder if we will have another prolonged unscheduled maintenance this month?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Sort of a self defeating thing. If there seems to be, as you’ve mentioned, glitches and errors at the start of the month, cyclically, then playing the instant wins during that time would be self defeating.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;These errors should have been fixed during the month-long unscheduled maintenance that took place back in September.&amp;nbsp; The "fulfillment request failed" errors jump started the unscheduled maintenance in September. The errors usually begin on the first day of the month, but this month, it happened on the second day.&amp;nbsp; Glad that the error has been resolved more timely than in Sept.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
