      <description>&lt;P&gt;I am experiencing a new error on the Instant Win games today, and coincidentally,&amp;nbsp; it comes at the end of the month of July.....&lt;STRONG&gt;FULFILLMENT REQUEST&lt;/STRONG&gt; &lt;STRONG&gt;FAILED.&lt;/STRONG&gt;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; I hope this is not a preview of what we will experience at the beginning of the new month of August.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Update:&amp;nbsp; &lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;EM&gt;The Fulfilment Request Failed on the Instant Win games was experienced &lt;STRONG&gt;again&lt;/STRONG&gt; on August 31, 2025.&amp;nbsp; It appears this error is continuing to happen at the end of the month. &lt;/EM&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

Instant Wins not working, unable to redeem rewards and unable to&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;enter any sweepstakes. I called AARP on 8/25.&amp;nbsp; The representative said the issue will be&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;addressed in 10 days.&amp;nbsp;&lt;span class="lia-unicode-emoji" title=":frowning_face:"&gt;☹️&lt;/span&gt; I'm sure that means 10 "business days", so I sit...patiently waiting,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;X-ing out the days on the calendar.&amp;nbsp; And yes...I do have a paper calendar.&amp;nbsp;&lt;span class="lia-unicode-emoji" title=":smiling_face_with_smiling_eyes:"&gt;😊&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
