Reward point expiration confusion

I received my monthly AARP Rewards statement email yesterday, May 5th. It stated the following:

You have 64,100 points expiring on 7/1/25. Use your points before they expire.

Whenever I look at my Transaction History, Points Expiration, I see Expiration Date July 1, 2025, Expiring Points 0. It also shows August 1, 2025, Expiring Points 0.

Which is correct? Are 64,100 points expiring? Can I rely on the Transaction History Points Expiration Dates?

@J896552, @AARPConsumerCare I think it is a glitch or error. I received an email saying I have almost 40,000 points expiring on July 1. My husband received one too saying he had points expiring July 1. Both of our Transaction History show "0" points expiring both on July 1 and August 1. I called the rewards number and they checked my account which said 0 points were expiring. They also said the transaction history is most likely correct. Most likely correct is not totally comforting. I was told my feedback on this would be forwarded. They did not check my husband's account.

I have most of my emails for my account balance back to last April. I have less points now than I did then. My transaction history had never shown a single point expiring each month. So if I spent more points than I earned in the last year there is no way I should have points expiring. And I don't need an explanation of the rolling expiration. I have over 250,000 less points now than a year ago.
