      <title>"unable to process your redemption request"</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Had it before, got someone to email me, then it is fixed for a few days and issue started again. I literally just use my computer and phone to watch videos and do the quizzes to earn points. I can't redeem for sweepstakes or anything.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;This really makes me second guess renewing my membership.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
