Instant Wins should be for members only

I know this topic has been brought up before, but since it seems tougher than ever to win an Instant Win, I think it should be looked at again.

Why can anyone come in, earn enough points to play, win Instant Wins, and not be required to join AARP? If this is being used to attract people to join, why should they join when they can play free?

Instant Wins should be for members only!

Instant Wins for members only is a moot point since all members that signed up in 2024, BECAUSE wait for it **** now some ahole in IT has locked everyone out. We can no longer play the Instant Wins, enter sweepstakes or redeem our points. We are all reduced to wasting our breath and time with the @consumer Care bot.

Cannot understand why this administrator won’t fix the “” OOPS”” error problem that has lasted over a month.

i'm having same issue, can't redeem points, been waiting 3 weeks to hear back from my escalated case, told 7 to 10 days, AARP must be overwhelmed with complaints, as nothing is getting resolved. I can only hold my breath at some point it gets fixed

This morning, the Instant Win for Bed Bath and Beyond is for Members Only!

Update at 12:30 pm: Well, I take my thank you back. The Members Only banner has been removed.
I still believe all Instant Wins should be for members only.
