    <description>&lt;P&gt;The same thing has happened to me.&amp;nbsp; I redeemed 22,000 points yesterday (3/6/25) for a 5.00 Walgreens gift card and have not received the email with the gift card.&amp;nbsp; I chatted today with an agent who said they were resending the gift card to my email.&amp;nbsp; Hours later, I still had not received it.&amp;nbsp; I talked with an agent this afternoon, and they are "escalating" this to research what has happened and they tell me it could be 5-10 business days before I hear back on the escalation.&amp;nbsp; I have never had this happen to me before.&amp;nbsp; My husband received his gift card within a few minutes of redeeming.&amp;nbsp; My gift card - not received.&amp;nbsp; 22,000 points is a lot to lose and receive nothing.....&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I redeemed 22000 points for the $5 Walgreens gift card and never received it. My spouse received theirs after about 2 minutes. I've called twice and they said they are resending it again and it doesn't come. I have added the email to my email address book and checked spam. I've been doing this for 3 years and this is a first. I don't understand what the problem is and why this is happening. The phone rep said he has never heard of this happening before, but based on all the posts here it looks like it happens a lot. Kinda frustrated with the system.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;I also did not receive the $5 Walgreens gift card. I finished the extra credit and tried to get the card for 21,000 points and could not. It kept saying complete the activity which I did complete. Then I used 22,000 points to get the other Walgreens card that said only had a few left. It shows in my redemption but have not received since I did this activity last night 03-31-25.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
