    <description>&lt;P&gt;I've was told I could resume redeeming points the next day, so the next day came and still got the same message. Tried contacting customer service and was told to wait an extra day, I did still doesn't working. I replied to the email I was sent and haven't heard a single word back. Talk about the worst customer service I've ever seen! Each time I get told a lie and another lie.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;I've been getting the same error since November. Tried multiple times to get it corrected. Everytime I try to call the number in the email I get after it gets "escalated" I get "please try again later". Every single time.&amp;nbsp; I've tried one last time earlier this week. It's supposed to be "escalated" again. Haven't heard back yet.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
