Sweepstakes Not Resetting

I can see under my redemption history that I only played the Sonic IWG today. There is some glitch that isn't allowing me to enter the other sweepstakes. My mom doesn't seem to have this issue, so any tips?

Ever since the 3 day maintenance it has been like Groundhog Day on here. The same thing happening the last 2 days.......I cannot earn points again today because it shows that I am maxed out and all my points activities are checked like they are done (NOT). Also cannot enter the Lowe's sweepstakes because I maxed out yesterday so it thinks today is yesterday. Yesterday evening things finally got back to normal and here we go again......Groundhog Day.....

Same thing is happening to me. When I try to earn points every video and quiz is all ready checked off. Late last night it sort of worked again and now it's completely messed up again.

This is hands down the WORST website I have ever been a part of. Not even close So tired of this garbage every single month now

off all day yesterday then came back up from 5-9 PM Pacific time then back to the same old problem. Chatted with them today, said they are working on it. If it ain't broke, don't fix it!
