topic gift card links expired in Redemption

Hello, I am trying to use two Carnival gift cards I purchased earlier this year, and both links say "expired". I saw some messages about using the chat feature or sending a private message with my info. How do I go about doing that? Thank you!

I started printing my gift cards out now, that way I have the card number and such.
