      <description>&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;I haven't been able to redeem any points since the site went down in November, I just get that message.&amp;nbsp; I keep trying every day.&amp;nbsp; There isn't a message anymore saying that the site is having difficulty, but there sure is one.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
