12/9 $50 Macy’s gift card

I bought $50 Macy’s gift card on Monday.

Today (Tuesday) credit card payment was processed (not pending any more) but no gift card received after 36 hours.

Also I bought Kohl’s gift card today. Again no gift card sent via email but payment is showing as pending.

What is wrong with AARP?

it is never happened before.

Oh and I can’t redeem anything with points these days.
