Can’t Play Instant Wins

I have been trying to play the daily instant wins. I keep getting the following message when I click the Redeem and Play button:

Oops! An error occurred. Please refresh your browser to get back on track.

I not only refreshed my browser several times, I logged out, cleared my browser history and cookies, and logged back in. I am still getting the error message.

Same for me. I also can't earn any points, says "We are currently experiencing technical difficulties processing your request. Please retry in a few minutes".

They've been having technical difficulties for the past few hours and have made no announcement about it. I guess all those planned maint. outages they've had over the last month or so have made now progress in resolving the issues they have with this program. It's about time that someone in management got off their butt and corrected this disaster of a program. Makes you wonder if they manage the rest of their programs this badly.

Thank you for your reply. I am in North Carolina and have had other things on my mind this past week an a half and have not been on the site very much.

I'm still experiencing the same problem...all day.. its 5:37pm eastern time and still having probs and getting error messages Wish they would fix this!
