    <description>&lt;P&gt;It appears that the charging port was not populated.&amp;nbsp; When you plug in the charging cord it does not appear to do anything and when you look at the receptacle it is only a plastic hole with no electrical contacts.&amp;nbsp; Of course the charging light does not come on.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;The battery I have does have contacts in the charging port, however they are badly bent so that they are up against the smaller side of the micro plug.&amp;nbsp; I went in with a sharp pointed tool and bent them towards the larger flat side of the plug.&amp;nbsp; I then plugged in a micro connector and the red light started to blink indicating the battery was charging.&amp;nbsp; Missing and bent contacts is a sign of really bad manufacturing with poor (or no) quality control.&amp;nbsp; The sheet says it was made in China.&amp;nbsp; Good luck everyone!&lt;/P&gt;</description>
