    <description>&lt;P&gt;I have seen that article several times and as I explained to the chat rep, under Preferences there IS NO option to do anything with "private message"&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;nothing is shown!&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; So this doesnt help me AT ALL&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;This is a tech problem and they were supposedly to be notified about it over 10 days ago!&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;still no solution!&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I left a post about this and then I reached out via chat back on April 17th-&amp;nbsp; got the transcript -&amp;nbsp; as I explained to the agent I havent been able to redeem points, enter sweepstakes or play the I/W's since the beginning of April 2025!!!&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;I pointed this out to the family member who added me as a secondary, he even left a post about it.&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;Well I told him he's crazy to ever renew this paid membership because clearly not getting money's worth.&amp;nbsp; NOw with only 4 days left in the month to enter giveaways or play the IW's I still can't because I keep getting the same error message -&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;ARE YOU GOING TO HELP OR NOT??&lt;/P&gt;</description>
