    <description>&lt;P&gt;I signed up for Automatic Renewal back in October 2024.&amp;nbsp; I just received a Renewal Statement in the mail telling me to select a payment option and send in a check for my renewal expiring in April 2025.&amp;nbsp; I logged into my account, but I cannot find any indication that I have Automatic Renewal, and when I hit the Renew button at the top of the web page, all I get is "&lt;SPAN&gt;HTTP ERROR 431".&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;I saved a copy of my Automatic Renewal Terms showing that I have authorized charges in April 2025 and 2026 for my AARP Membership Dues.&amp;nbsp; Please confirm if I do have Automatic Renewal on my account.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Gregory Mills&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I followed your instructions several times, including logging out and back in.&amp;nbsp; When I reach the My Settings/Preference page, I do not see the Private Messenger tab.&amp;nbsp; The other tabs in your example are there.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
