Hello, the website shows new members can join for $9 per year with a 5-year commitment. Why is this offer not available for current members who are due for renewal? Are you more interested in attracting new members than retaining current / existing members?

I also have a question re renewal. Thought I was locked in at an $11.00 rate but just renewed at 20. Ummmmm?????? This will likely cause me to not renew again. Yeah, it's only 9$, but i'd like an explanation. thx
