I have fun when I'm just bored and critique commercials. Some just have really BAD acting or odd stereotyping and some just have a weird message.

The latest one that drives me nuts is the one for the personal medical alert system. I also laugh when I notice that it's always a woman cleaning the toilet and on her knees while cleaning it with a long handled brush. At least they're good for a laugh!

I was just offering a suggestion since I'm a home owner and have to do things to prevent calling on professional help.

My older sister owns her home and is disabled. She got her house through the Section 8 Homebuyers program and has even done a re-finance with them. Have you checked that program? My older sister never worked. It's a small house but that's really all she needs. She's had to call on her kids or grandkids to make repairs periodically.

SO TIRED of all the Medicare Advantage advertising! It's no wonder many new to Medicare are confused. They make you feel like it's something you HAVE TO HAVE.

They do like to entice you with all the FREEBIES (gym memberships, groceries, etc.) like everyone will automatically get them. Some of the Medicare and Medicaid eligible ones are particularly offensive

.

Holiday ads are aplenty this year!!! They're everywhere with promises of great savings and how good they make you feel spending what funds you may/may not have.

A few ads to remind us to support a charity of choice.
