To honor the world's favorite grouch, Oscar, from “Sesame Street,” National Grouch Day was created on October 15. This is a day to celebrate all the grouches we know — or to embrace the grouch that lives inside all of us.

Here are a few ways to 'get your Grouch on,' until next 'National Grouch Day:'

Grumble Karaoke: Instead of singing along to happy tunes, belt out grumpy classics like 'Gloomy Sunday' or 'I'm So Tired.'

The Grumpy Gardener: Plant nothing but prickly plants and thorny bushes. Then, complain about how much work it is to maintain them.

The Grumpy Chef: Cook a meal that is so bland or overcooked that it's inedible. Then, blame everyone else for not appreciating your culinary skills.

The Grumpy Movie Critic: Watch the most cheerful, upbeat movies and write scathing reviews about how terrible they are.

I get it! I got grouchy earlier today because of... gravity. It's like I had holes in my hands, and everything just fell to the floor. Ugh! x_X
