    <description>&lt;P&gt;So, I live in Maryland and just received a weather alert that the storm system moving through Texas is headed our way. Warnings indicate heavy rain,&amp;nbsp; wind and the chance of tornadoes.&amp;nbsp; We have had SO much rain that if they try to say we have a shortage this summer that I literally would like to go through the TV and choke the first one who says it,&amp;nbsp; LOL.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
