Staying sharp cognitive assessment testing.

I have had a problem with the staying sharp cognitive assessment testing since June 11, 2025 and have reported it a few times and was given a case number 19516542 but the issue still exist with NO progress. It will be 5 weeks tomorrow, which I am very surprised that nothing has been done. Is anyone experiencing issues? JC

Same here, jc. Unfortunately just like the videos that don't work in Rewards, almost half of Staying Sharp doesn't work either; so far no fixes; just as the Staying Sharp Cognitive Assessment hasn't worked for over a year even though reported back then...

Yes, i also have been trying to access assessment testing but continuously get "400 Bad Report" error. I was told to log out close browser and restart. That did nothing.

I completed the assessment but when I try to get to the results, it jumps back to the main assessment screen.

-Log out of AARP and Staying Sharp.

-Clear cookies and cache.

-Log back in to AARP and Staying Sharp.
