Many videos do not work correctly

When viewing videos for points, there are many that are broken. Most of the Job Seeking and Ageism ones do not give points. There are several of the Caregiver ones that also do not give points. There are a few that do not even go to a video. These are all a waste of time.

They should just take down the rewards program completely if they can't fix it. This is an ongoing issue and I genuinely feel sorry for the "AARP Consumer Care" agents because they are powerless to resolve the issues.
