Cannot redeem points.. "

Keep getting error messages that say "cannot redeem points. " I called the help desk person who tried to help without success so she filled out a request to have a techie call me. She read notes in my file from techie who said he called 2x & left messages. NOT! I am home most of every day & nobody called here nor left messages. I have tried to redeem weekly since Jan without success. Takes weeks for someone to return calls, or so they say. What is going on?

Same issue since Oct. 2024. Get nothing but the run around, accusations, ignored phone messages and no response to my reply to their email. Considering not renewing this year. Member for about 30 yrs,
